Quotes and bookings

• Submitting a form on this website is a request, not a confirmed booking.
• A booking is confirmed only when we confirm the price, date and time with you directly by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• Quotes are based on the information you give us. If the items, access, distance or timings are different on the day, the price may change — we will tell you before continuing.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate details about the items, addresses, access, stairs and parking.
• Make sure items are packed and ready, and that you have the right to move or dispose of them.
• Keep cash, jewellery, important documents and other valuables with you.

Insurance

We hold goods-in-transit and public liability insurance. Any claim is subject to the terms and limits of those policies. Please report any damage to us as soon as possible.

CCTV

Our vehicle has CCTV fitted internally and externally and our driver wears a body camera, for the safety and security of everyone involved. See our Privacy Policy for how recordings are handled.

Payment, cancellations and changes
